As micro-air enters the valve chamber, the water level slowly drops. The buoyant stainless steel or composite float sinks, actuating a high-precision lever linkage that pulls a resilient silicone or EPDM sealing plug away from a micro-orifice (typically 1.5mm to 2.5mm diameter). The accumulated air is discharged smoothly under full pipeline working pressure (up to 25 Bar) without spraying water. Once air is evacuated, the water level rises and the float re-seals the orifice hermetically.
